Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds:

We will provide you a refund for the full price of any product returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will aim to process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

You will be sent confirmation of your refund by email.

Note: Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the item at the time of delivery, it will fall under standard return policy and shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returns:

We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product to us. Therefore, we have created a 30-day returns policy under appropriate circumstances. This process will stand irrespective of your geographical location.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

You will be entitled to return a product when:

  • We receive the returned product within 30 days of the item being delivered from purchase.
  • The product is unused, in original and unopened packaging, inclusive of any labels – allowing us to sell the product as new.
  • The item is for whatever reason faulty upon delivery
  • None of the below exclusions apply

Exclusions:

The following products may not be returned under these policies unless discussed with us beforehand:

  • Groin guards and mouth guards
  • Products made to your specification;
  • Products made to order;
  • Products personalised or adapted for your order.
